Earlier this week, WWE released new information for a new video game that's in development, WWE's Legends of WrestleMania. Although only 3 out of the 40+ characters confirmed for the game have been announced so far (Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant and Bobby Heenan), reader Trent Prue did some investigating and has uncovered evidence of other roster members. Trent writes, "I was scanning through the new screenshots they have up on IGN.com and the fans in the audience are wearing alot of old school wrestling shirts I spotted a Bret Hart, Ric Flair, Undertaker and Legion Of Doom shirts this is a good indication they will be in the game."
Speaking of the 'Legends' game, LegendsofWrestleMania.com is now online. WWE announced the launch of the site in a press release issued on Tuesday, but the site was not accessable until yesterday. The site includes a video trailer, high-resolution screenshots and a list of game features.

THQ are undergoing, creating a WWE Legends of WrestleMania game. IGN posted a few caps, and a video on the game on Monday, the two wrestlers used in the caps and video were Hulk Hogan and Andre The Giant. It has been said that the game will be out sometime in March 2009, before WrestleMania 25. it's no saying that they will be including The Undertaker in this game, he is undefeated at WM and is truely a Legend of WM. But upto yet, the only superstars annouced are Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant, and Bobby Heenan as a manager.

Imho legend of wrestling è stato il miglior gioco di wrestling fai te, lanciavo il mio avversario fuori ring, sotto c'era un tavolo e quello si rompeva, lanciavo il mio avversario contro un altro e insieme cadevano, sotto c'era qualcosa? lo rompevano..

sd vs raw ormai non lo prendo da anni, è scaduto troppo secondo me.
Il gioco della TNA e questo qui sulle legends saranno miei subito
spero che in questo inseriscano anche Savage, Steamboat ed altri miei prediletti

attendo anch'io molto questo gioco,credo che sarà una buona alternativa a svr...leggendo le varie news e guardando le immagini finora uscite il roster inizia a formarsi:

A quanto pare sembra che la data di uscita del gioco per entrambe le versioni in Europa sia Venerdi' 20 Marzo 2008.
Certo che Marzo si prospetta essere un mese molto caldo per i videogiochi, come del resto lo saranno i prossimi mesi (Novembre in particolare per moi).

Io non vedo sul serio l'ora di sapere di piu' su questo gioco, l'idea della modalita' "Wrestlemania Tour" e' una figata con i filmati storici della federazione, queste cose mi son sempre piaciute.
Poi a quanto pare le animazioni delle finisher (tipo il Legdrop di Hogan) saranno completamente nuove e non riprese dai giochi precedenti come su SD! vs. RAW. Sono fiducioso, d'altronde e' l'ultimo gioco WWE della THQ e si spera vogliano finire in bellezza.

Vince McMahon pulled Mick Foley from the upcoming “Legends of WrestleMania” video game in the past week or the week before. There were several other names that for some reason or another, Vince would not allow to be a part of the game, but we don’t have all of those names confirmed. The two that THQ was most unhappy about not being allowed to use were Mick Foley and Randy Savage.
The top names in the game will probably end up being Hulk Hogan, who is confirmed, along with The Rock and Steve Austin. Andre The Giant is also confirmed for the game and Bret Hart will also probably be featured. We also know that Jim Ross has recorded voice-overs for the game. “Legends of WrestleMania” will come out in March of 2009, just in time for WrestleMania 25.

In pratica, da quanto ho capito, la THQ non ha l'autorizzazione di utilizzare Mick Foley e Randy Savage nel gioco e che The Rock e Steve Austin, al contrario, faranno quasi certamente parte del roster. Perfetto, questo vuol dire che ci saranno anche wrestler che hanno partecipato alle Wrestlemania più recenti. Io comunque spero vivamente che mettano anche i Demolition al gran completo e i British Bulldogs.

non sò quanto sia vera questa notizia per il fatto che sin dall'inizio è stato detto da THQ che il roster riguarda l'era da wrestlemania 1 a 8 (85-92) e in questo periodo ne The Rock ne Stone Cold non c'entrano nulla, di quel periodo sono 5 i nomi grossi che molto probabilmente mancheranno e sappiamo tutti il perchè e sono:
-Macho Man
-Ultimate Warrior
-Honky Tok Man
-Demolition
per il primo è sicuro al 100% mai stata fatta una action figure Jakks per gli altri qualche speranza,è importante il discorso action figure perchè il gioco è prodotto da THQ e Jakks e più i diritti del vecchio gioco della Acclaim "Legend of Wrestling 1-2-3"

uhm...mi intriga molto di più questo gioco che SD vs RAW '09...magari sarà un gioco meno completo, ma giocare solo con le leggende per me è da brivido
